The Park Hotel La Borghesiana was built over country farmhouses once belonging to the princes of the noble, Roman Borghese family. Originally from Siena, the family came to the fore in the thirteenth century when one of its members, Camillo Borghese, was crowned Pope Paul V in 1605. The property bearing the hotel's name spreads out over sixteen beautiful hectares of pine forest and lush greenery.
