The apartment is located in the real centre of Rome, in the characteristic Rione Monti, an old area with little lanes between Colosseo, Piazza Venezia and Fori Imperiali. Within 5-10 min. walking you can reach Via Nazionale (important street of shopping in which has seat the Palazzo delle Esposizioni), Fontana di Trevi, Quirinale (residence of the Italian President), Via del Corso (main centre of roman shopping). Within 20 min. you get Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon and the central Termini Station. The area is full of restaurants, both typical and ethnic, bars, wine bars, night clubs and all kinds of shops. A nice old fashion food market also takes place in the morning. Several buses, Metro Stations Cavour and Termini (main train station) assure facility of connection in and out the town.
